HyTec provides engineering services for new products and equipment.  We advise clients on material specs, architecture, load analysis, and design. The differentiating factor in our work is a combination of our expertise in manufacturing and our leading edge software.   Our designers and engineers are trained in all of our areas of production including: machining, welding, stamping, punching, laser cutting, water jet cutting, forming, rolling, polishing, painting, powder coating, and assembly.



Laser Cutting

HyTec uses the most technically advanced equipment available in the marketplace allowing  us to be one of the most competitive laser cutters in the industry.  We are capable of laser cutting sheets from .003” up to 3/4” thick.



Fabricating

From concept and design to prototype, to production and finishing including powder coating and painting and everything in-between including laser cutting, water jet cutting, stamping, punching, bending, rolling, welding, machining, polishing, and assembly.  We are a full-service manufacturer for all your metal needs.



Machining

HyTec offers CNC Milling and CNC turning as well as conventional milling lathe work and grinding. We work with all different types of material including basic metals, aircraft steels (4130, 4340), aerospace metals (Inconel, titanium, molybdenum, etc.) and also plastics (delrin, lexan, ABS, ect.)  Our quality craftsmanship combined with our leading-edge equipment allow us to be an exceptional source for sophisticated and intricate components.



Finishing

HyTec provides (large capacity) high quality powder coating and paint services – design, prototypes, production, painting, powder coating, etc.



Tube Fabrication

HyTec has the capacity to fabricate tubes in all shapes and sizes providing our customers with complete, precise, and finished parts.




Robotic Welding

Hytec provides sanitary weldments for the food, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries in addition to vacuum welding including leak tests and certifications.
